- Legalidad
Los anuncios realizados no deberán constituir, facilitar ni promocionar productos, servicios o actividades ilegales. Los anuncios dirigidos a menores no deberán promocionar productos, servicios o contenido que sean inapropiados, ilegal o inseguro, ni que se aproveche de los grupos de edades a los que van dirigidos, los engañen o ejerzan presión indebida sobre estos.
- Comportamiento Social
Los anuncios no deben discriminar personas ni fomentar la discriminación en función de particularidades tales como raza, etnia, color, nacionalidad, religión, edad, sexo, orientación sexual, identidad de género, situación familiar, discapacidad o condición médica o genética.
- Drogas, Tabaco, Alcohol, Productos o servicios para adultos
Ningún anuncio deberá fomentar el consumo o adquisición de este tipo de productos, ni fomentar publicidad sexual de ninguna índole, lo anterior debido a que muchos son perjudiciales para la salud, son prohibidos para el desarrollo de una actividad aérea segura, o proporcionan material inapropiado que no tiene ningún tipo de vínculo con nuestra finalidad principal.
- Daños a terceros
Los anuncios no deben incluir contenido que infrinja o vulnere los derechos de terceros, incluidos los derechos de autor, marca comercial, privacidad, publicidad u otro derecho personal o de la propiedad. Así mismo, contenido que vulnere la intimidad, orientación sexual, identidad de género, discapacidad, situación financiera, derechos sindicales, antecedentes penales y demás, muy personales de cada individuo.
- Contenido sensacionalista, erróneo o engañoso
Los anuncios no deben incluir contenido impactante, sensacionalista, provocador o excesivamente violento. De igual manera, no deben contener afirmaciones engañosas, falsas o confusas, como las que se relacionan con la eficacia o las características de un producto o servicio, o las que generan expectativas poco realistas para los usuarios. En cualquiera de los anteriores casos pueden quedar sujetos a restricciones.
- Trampas y prácticas engañosas
Los anuncios no pueden promocionar productos o servicios diseñados para permitir que los usuarios hagan trampas o se involucren en prácticas engañosas, todo miembro de la comunidad que publique en el MARKETPLACE o en la COMUNIDAD sus productos y/o servicios, deberá hacerlo de manera honesta, sin ningún tipo de intensión fraudulenta en el proceso comercial de los mismos.
- Gramática e insultos
Los anuncios no deberán contener groserías ni errores gramaticales o de puntuación. Los símbolos, los números y las letras se deben usar de manera adecuada y sin la intención de eludir los procesos de revisión de anuncios u otros sistemas de seguridad.
- Funcionalidad inexistente
Los anuncios no deben contener imágenes que exhiban una funcionalidad que no existe, por ejemplo, imágenes que imiten botones de reproducción, notificaciones o casillas de verificación, ni funciones no operativas, como varias opciones de respuesta dentro del contenido del anuncio.
- Marketing multinivel

- Spyware o malware
Los anuncios no deben incluir spyware, malware ni cualquier tipo de software que proporcione una experiencia inesperada o engañosa, incluidos los enlaces a sitios que contengan este tipo de productos.
- Prácticas comerciales inaceptables
Los anuncios no deben promocionar productos, servicios, esquemas ni ofertas mediante prácticas engañosas o fraudulentas, lo que incluye a aquellos anuncios destinados a estafar a las personas o robarles información personal.
- Servicios y productos financieros prohibidos
Los anuncios no deben promocionar servicios ni productos financieros que frecuentemente se asocian con prácticas promocionales engañosas o falsas.
- Contenido aprobado, sugerido y restringido

En el caso de ser necesaria su incorporación, el anuncio deberá cumplir con la finalidad principal de la comunidad y así mismo antes de hacerlo, el miembro deberá cumplir todas las leyes locales aplicables y los códigos obligatorios o establecidos del sector, así como las normas, licencias y aprobaciones pertinentes, e incluir criterios de segmentación por edad y país coherentes con los requisitos establecidos en la legislación local aplicable.
- Temporalidad de uso del Marketplace
Actualmente la disponibilidad de ventas y compras en el MARKETPLACE de DRONRED.COM está habilitada exclusivamente para vendedores y compradores en Colombia. De acuerdo con lo anterior, declaro que, al aceptar las políticas de funcionamiento de la página soy conocedor de dicha exclusividad y que no intentare generar proceso de venta o compra de no cumplan con mencionado requisito. - Comisiones por uso del E-commerce DRONRED.COM y Pasarela de pagos MERCADOPAGOS
En la calidad de vendedor, declaro que al momento de establecer los precios de venta de los productos que publico, aparte de ser conocedor, apruebo el descuento automático y apruebo el proceso de facturación digital automática de ser necesario de la comisión del 1,8% sobre el valor total de la venta que me generará DRONRED.COM, así mismo declaro que en tal evento, habré realizado una correcta verificación de las diferentes comisiones que la pasarela de pagos generará al hacer los movimientos de dinero entre el E-commerce y la cuenta MERCADOPAGOS de DRONRED.COM, el depósito entre esta cuenta y la cuenta bancaria de DRONRED.COM y la transferencia de la cuenta bancaria de DRONRED.COM y la cuenta bancaria del vendedor final, dependiendo claro está, de las políticas variables establecidas por dicha pasarela y de las legislaciones Colombianas. Por lo cual, excluyo a DRONRED.COM de cualquier reclamación por cálculos errados de la cantidad de dinero a recibir producto de cada venta realizada que involucre cualquiera de las variables mencionadas en el presente texto, pues soy conocedor que son total responsabilidad mía como vendedor al momento de efectuar la publicación y venta.
- Políticas especiales para vendedores
DRONRED.COM establece como política de pago al vendedor que: posterior a que se haya generado la entrega del producto al cliente final y que este a su vez haya finalizado el proceso dentro de la página web, se transferirá a la cuenta bancaria colombiana registrada por el vendedor, los fondos correspondientes al valor de la venta con sus respectivos descuentos y comisiones en un lapso no mayor a 5 días hábiles. Como vendedor, declaro que soy responsable de entablar comunicación continua con el cliente que garantice la verificación y satisfacción del mismo con el producto recibido y que este a su vez diligencie la casilla de finalización del proceso para habilitar el pago correspondiente atreves de la página web. Igualmente conozco que será mi responsabilidad diligenciar correctamente los datos correspondientes a la cuenta bancaria colombiana para el pago final en los datos de la tienda que haya registrado, de no hacerlo debidamente exonero de cualquier responsabilidad a DRONRED.COM por tardanzas en los tiempos de pago al vendedor final generados de la falta de la información correspondiente.
- Políticas especiales para el comprador
En calidad de comprador, declaro que soy responsable por finalizar los procesos de compra en la sección mis ordenes cuando estos hayan finalizado y esté a entera satisfacción del producto recibido en aras de habilitar el proceso de pago al vendedor. Dicho proceso de retención de fondos al vendedor se hace por parte de DRONRED.COM en aras de garantizar las políticas de retracto o garantías a que tienen derecho los compradores. En dado caso que el elemento comprado ya haya sido enviado por parte del vendedor, seré responsable de coordinar con el este los procesos de devolución del mismo y coordinar y asumir los costos que dicho proceso genere. Si se cumple en dicho proceso, los términos establecidos por DRONRED.COM y aceptados por el comprador en las políticas de “Tiempos de Envío, Recepción y Políticas de comunicación por rembolsos o devoluciones”, DRONRED.COM contará con un tiempo de 5 días hábiles para realizar las respectivas validaciones de información, y posterior a esto contará con 5 días hábiles más para tramitar ante MERCADOPAGOS la solicitud de reembolso de los fondos pagados. Posteriormente realizado este proceso, se generará la devolución a la tarjeta de crédito utilizada por el comprador o se solicitará a este una certificación bancaria para la devolución de los mismos, reintegrando el valor correspondiente a lo cancelado menos las comisiones bancarias y que la pasarela de pagos genere por mencionado proceso si es el caso.

En calidad de vendedor, declaro que soy la persona o empresa que digo ser y que comercializo y cuento con los elementos que publicito y la logística necesaria para su envío y entrega según ofrezco a través de la página, de igual manera me comprometo a mantener continua comunicación con el comprador por cualquiera de los canales establecidos, que garantice una coordinación y entrega rápida y eficaz del producto adquirido por el mismo y una conformidad alta del proceso de venta. En calidad de comprador declaro que conozco que el proceso de negociación es exclusivo entre en vendedor y mi persona y que la página, solamente facilita dichos canales de mercadeo, de la misma manera, soy consciente que una vez finalizado el pago tendré acceso a información de correos electrónicos y teléfonos de comunicación del vendedor, a través de los cuales, será mi responsabilidad efectuar coordinaciones posteriores de envío, facturación y recepción del producto comprado, lo cual en ningún motivo es responsabilidad del administrador de la página web; declaro, que conozco mi responsabilidad sobre la verificación previa al proceso de pago en cuanto a la legalidad del proceso de compra-venta se refiere y que soy conocedor de los posibles riesgos fraudulentos que personas mal intencionadas puedan llegar a ofrecer y para lo cual eximo de toda responsabilidad a la página DRONRED.COM.
